A Family Heritage in Haulage
Our story begins in the early 1990s when husband-and-wife team Stuart and Alison Arden started with a single wagon, delivering produce from Church Farm. When licensing regulations changed, they applied for a commercial licence in 1995, opening the door to new opportunities by securing paid return loads.
In February 1996, the business moved its operating centre to Tile Farm, making life easier and laying the foundation for growth.
Over time, the fleet expanded, and by 2010 sub-contractors were introduced to meet rising demand. From humble beginnings to a trusted regional operator

Ardens Haulage was ACquired by Crown Investment Group - July 2025
In July 2025, Ardens Haulage became part of the Crown Investment Group (CIG) family.
